Hi, I am applying PAN Card Online through https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html using e-KYC services. I have already done the payment step but I am unable to complete the Aadhar Authentication/"Continue with e-KYC" step. I am constantly getting this error "Your Request Could not be Processed due to some technical issue. Please try after sometime.". I have tried several times, but the error persists.
