[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan application fee not returned | |||||
I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor on 18th february 2018. Temporary token is [protected]. I made the payment using my debit card and the amount of rs.115.9 is debited from my account on 18/02/2018 but the payment request for online pan application form 49a was canceled. I haven't received any money back. Now for completing the pan application, i am required to make the payment again. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.
