[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN Application fees

Respected Sir/Madam I Debanjan Chakraborty had applied for a new PAN card for myself with the token number--[protected] on 18th of July, 2023. I have completed the fee payment of rupees 106.90 on the website. However, during authentication, I was greeted with an error which prevented me from proceeding further with my application. As my application could not be completed, I request the authority for a full refund of the transacted fees. Please lend a careful eye on this matter as soon as possible. Regards. Jul 19, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks a lot to the NSDL Team for taking such a prompt action on my complaint. My application fees has been refunded. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Buddy, I have tried doing it twice and failed both the time. They haven't refunded my money yet. If you want to get your PAN Card through online mode then do check out UTIITSL. They are approved by government to provide PAN Card. I applied yesterday for my PAN Card and they have mailed me today my e-PAN.
