[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan application not proceed and payment was deducted

I had made payment for pan application online two times but my application was not proceed further and i had note down my token number second time but i can't note down the token no first time, second token no is [protected] please proceed my application and refund my excess amount paid for it, transaction date is 13 july 2017, my contact no is [protected]
