[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card application pending without any reason | |||||
I have applied a online minor child pan card application ack. no. [protected] on dt. 04.8.16 and submitted the documents duly filled to NSDL on dt 19.8.16. They mailed me 3 things pending in my form. I contacted the customer care of NSDL. They informed me to send the scan copy of the documents by mail to them. I send the document to Nsdl by mail on dt 28.8.16 and I received a mail regarding receipt of the documents & informed me to further process the application on dt 31.8.16. But on 10.9.16 they sent a mail to me and asking the pendancy of the same 3 things again. I contacted the customer care again and Mr. shrikant told me that all the things are right and they are further processing the application and i will receive the pan card soon. Near a month has been passed and I have not received the pan card. Now I request you to please look into the matter and resolved the things.
