[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card application refund not given frustrated | |
I had applied for a pan card on 28/7/17 for a new pan card.but my application got failed two times .i called customer care .they told me to wait for 7 days for automatic refund.i waited but recieved only one refund.my token number was generated only for one transaction.They told me to mail the entire matter with my details.i mailed them all the details including payment reciept screenshot and my bank statementalso..i called several times to customer care they always ask for token no .i am mad telling them that token no was not generated because due to thier server errors.THEY CLEARLY TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT REFUND WITHOUT TOKEN NO.THEY KEEP PEOPLE MONEY AND KEEP ASKING TO WAITAND WAIT.I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE BY CALLING THEM EVERYTIME AND TELLING THE WHOLE STORY AGAIN AND AGAIN.THEY ALSO DONT GIVE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER.IS PAYMENT RECIEPT NOT ENOUGH FOR REFUND ALL DETAILS ARE INCLUDED IN IT LIKE TRANSACTION REFRENCE NUMBER AND BANK REFRENCE NO .BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO REFUND. I AM ATTACHING SCREENSHOTS VOICE RECORDINGS AS A PROOF.
