[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card applied online - acknowledgement number not received | |||
My name is shanmuga sundaram. As i lost my pan card, i have applied it for reissue and paid online on april 26th, 2018. I didn't still receive the pan card yet and also the acknowledgement number. I have called customer care number many times many times, but the phone is busy with some other call. Nobody is attending my call when ring goes. I need to know my acknowledgement number. I have given office address as the delivery address. As i have health issue, i will not be available for 6 months in my office. Jul 31, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 29, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response If you have applied through NSDL e-Gov and with Online mode, then you must have received copy of acknowledgement in your registered e-mail id. Further to inform you that without PAN or Acknowledgment number the status of same cannot be retrieved. For any further details kindly reach us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in
