Dear Sir, I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of Aasma Khanam which dispatched our address in February 2017. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as I was out of town and the post man didn't came till my house and then it was returned back to the office without any information. Verified Support Feb 27, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response The PAN card can only delivered to the communication address mentioned in PAN application, if your address has changed, then kindly apply using Form for Changes or Correction in PAN Data with PAN to get your PAN card.
