Dear income tax team, Due to some reason I was not able to receive PAN CARD. Can you do a favor by dispatching again my pan card. I had applied my card through some local agent long time back. Post man was not able to find me and my address and it was returned back. you have to again apply for PAN REPRINT using PAN -correction or change and submit all document s i.e. Proof of Address, Proof of Identity and Proof of Date of Birth
