Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card is not issued

I had applied for pan card for my son. Acknowledgement number is [protected]. It has not been issued till date. It has been more than 2 months. I have sent all the documents to the concerned and that has been received by them as well. But still pan card is not issued. The status of the application says
