I had apply my pan card on 16/02/2017 . But till now i will not get my pan card . When I go to bank they always ask e for pan card and said that if you will not give the pan card to us i will close your bank account . I paid through debit card and now because of documents problem they refused me stating that in7 day refund will be done still now I didn't get it
