[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card not received after around 18 months of application

I had applied for my pan card on june 6th 2018 and yet i have not received my pan card. I updated my aadhar card thrice as it is my proof of name and address and simply due to no reason there has been a delay.in the facilitation center they go on calling me in periods of 2 days but the status of the applicatio n does not change at all.
