[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card not received despite of several complaints

Respected Sir/Mam

I was supposed to receive my pan card 02-Feb-2018.
But i have not received it till now, i have also tried tracking my application, but it says
that it has been returned back to the income tax service unit, it's a humble request, please
look into my issue, as it is very important for me right now.
