Herewith we bring to your kind notice that we had applied for a lost pan card in the of piyushkumar rameshbhai kikani, which was dispatched to our correspondence address in the first week of the march 2017. We couldn’t receive the pan card as nobody was at home that time when local post man reached our home. Later, after a week i contact the post office redarding the post they told they returned to the sender address. Therefore, i requesting you resend my pan card to my address mentioned below.
