I paid my pan card fee thought UPI, now it is asking for e-sing when i am entering OTP its shows "Your Request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime"I dont now what to do now

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhaar verification . After my payment through my debit card, verification of adhar was required.
When i tried to verify it ..it was showing demographic error . Please resolve the issue ..
