[Resolved]  NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card status is undelivered of pan no. Culpr7342p

Dear sir,
I am applied a for a new pan card for my wife and i obtain a pan no. Culpr7342p but hard copy of pan card is now obtained till now.
So i checked my status and status shows undelivered but no courier boy is arrived at my home. I don't know why nsdl use pvt. Couriers for such a govt. Cards while we have a strong postal department.
Any how please resend my pan card
