[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan card tracking status problem | |||
I have applied for a new pan card through e-sign mode and enclosed the scanned certificates required and done the payment on 01/01/2018 and i got acknowledgement number as n-[protected] and the token number is [protected]. And if i'm tracking the status of the application, it shows 'sorry, no record found.' please resolve it as soon as possible and please give the status of the application via e-mail. Feb 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 09, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
