[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card undelivered

Herewith we bring to your kind notice that we had applied for a new PAN Card in the name of SHALINI SHARMA, which was dispatched to our correspondence address in FEB month. We couldn’t receive the PAN Card at our address. the local Post Man not reached at our address. And it was immediately returned at NSDL office. I am attaching the tracking report for your ref. This is not the way to deliver the important documents.

I do not get my refund according toh company which is 7 days procedure... I want my transaction fee back... Which is failed by some aadhar issue... I am waiting for my refund as per due date by the company please solve this and make my refund clear.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. For every unsuccessful transaction, the PAN fees which is debited from your account, will be revered/credited within 7 working days.
