[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan correction application - ack- [protected] | |
Applied for PAN card correction on 30th Jan 2018. I got the Acknowledgement number: [protected]. If I try to get the status I am getting "Sorry No records found". I called customer care and they told the record will take up to 48 hour. Even after 48 Hour I am getting same error. Even I sent document through courier as I applied with Physical Document option. This is the third time I am applying for name correction and every time they were asking one or other different documents . The main problem is all my records has my name with initials and PAN data base initials not accepted and mentioned full name. But for all proof they were expecting mane should match with application. how is it possible? even adaar card has initials. Was this information helpful? | |
