[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan details updation | |||||
I submitted a request to update my details in my pan card on 5 june 2017. I successfully submitted all the details and then made the payment through my credit card. I received the message - your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment. The amount has been debited from my credit card. My bank has confirmed that the payment has been made to the merchant. But i have not received any acknowledgement number for the same. I have been calling repeatedly on the nsdl customer care, but no body picks up the call. I have sent a mail on [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
