[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment done for PAN card application but failed processing and amount is not refunded | |
I used NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my credit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 18/06/2021 but after payment the next window should an error showing a message "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode." I have got any refund. Was this information helpful? | |
