[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment has detected two times but application not processed | |||||
My name is pavani veldandi and I had also uploaded all the documents with successful on 26/05/2017. The amount Rs (117.35 + 117.35) two times amount was detucted from the account but the message displayed that Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.But I do not have received amount back yet. Please help me..to get my amount refund.
