[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — problem in e-kyc/e-sign for pan correction | |
I have applied for pan correction in nsdl website. After completion of the payment, i received otp to authenticate the aadhar. But user interface is not showing any box to enter otp, instead it is showing the message "your request cannot be processed please try again later." I have been trying since the last 2 days but it has been showing the same message again and again. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible or else refund my money back. Verified Support Feb 21, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.

I sent mail to them again, asking exactly what is the meaning of their reply, and what next I should do to get a solution. I sent a reminder too, 2 days later.
I am still waiting to hear from them on this problem.
