[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Refund not initiated

I had applied for pan correction on behalf of my father but due to some technical error probably server was down, my payment got bounced and shown a message refund will be initiated. I paid through debit card on 6th june 2017 till now i have yet to receive the refund. I only see deduction in bank account statement please refund me asap. I have done transaction 2 times none of it came back.

Updated by J Kiran Issue not yet solved its been 21days already Still no refund and when i tried to call customer care call center the call gets disconnected frequently i tried 7-8 times all those times the call got disconnected please resolve this issue asap.
