[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — refund not processed for pan updation request through nsdl site | |
I have been trying to get a updated pan card (Updating the photo from aadhar card also as a proof) On 6th of january i paid the fees but my application got rejected stating "your e-kyc /e-sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc /e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." but still no refund (Token : [protected]) Even today i. E. On 16th jan i tried to get a reprinted pan card & for this i filled all the details correctly & paid the money as well from g-pay but on the website it's still asking for money payment (Token : [protected]) Kindly help regarding this so that i could get refund on both the instances & kindly ensure that if money is debited the status should reflect on nsdl site Thanks & regards, Vamsi Was this information helpful? | |
