Hi Concern, I've applied for PAN card for my mother on 16th Mar'17, but I've made a mistake while applying the same & the money was also deducted; but at the last moment I've cancelled & PAN was not applied. Then applied again with correct details which was successful & its under process. Ideally, I should get the first failed application amount, but I didn't get yet. I don't have any acknowledgement no. as PAN was not applied in the first attempt. Name for which I was trying to apply PAN is Ritu Valecha. Aadhaar no. if required is[protected].
