[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Refund of pan application fees paid online | |||||
I applied on 23rd june 2017 for new pan card online. But due to some technical issues after the transaction, the website couldnt generate an otp. Therefore, it asked me to take a printout of the form and submit it offline to pune hq. And it also mentioned that failure of submission of form along with documents within 15 days of applying, will result in money refund. I still haven't got the refund. Kindly look into the matter.
