[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Refund payment not received for the two success transactions and failed PAN process.

I was tried to apply Pan card using the NSDL portal

Two times tried to do the payment,

first time, transaction suceeded from my side, and amount debited from my account but nsdl website showed payment failure

second time transaction successful but showing

"We are unable to proceed with your online PAN application due to following reason: Mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per PAN application with the details available in UIDAI database. Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar. Kindly visit designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre and submit your PAN application using Biometric (fingerprint) facility. Your Online PAN application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The List of designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html

so please refund my amount for both attempt(total Rs.106 + Rs.106 = Rs.212)

and also if my adhaar card name is "Mohammad Ansar C", how can i fill Pan card Application?
surname cannot be a single character or contain spaces, so please share me the relevant information

i got my two transaction refunds one by one. NSDL didn't contacted me through the email or phone regarding the complaint. it took some time to refund the money, i wish to improve the refund process to make refund as soon as possible. i attached both debited transaction message screenshot and i did follow up everyday, so i got the information quickly.
NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
