Dear sir, Pan card re-dispatch request application no. [protected] Herewith i bring to your kind notice that i had applied for a new pan card, which was dispatched to my correspondence address in august month. I couldn’t receive the pan card as i'm not informed through sms service, after couple of days i contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address. Therefore, i'm requesting you to resend my pan card to my address mentioned below as well i mentioned my details- Application no: [protected] Dispatched date: 10 august 2017 Pan card no: isfps6019q Applicant name: ashish kumar singh Address: 545 ka/11, vaishnopuram para road rajajipuram, lucknow. I AM SUBMIT A PAN APPLICATION NO. [protected] DATED 18/08/2017 BUT Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

I have apply for pan U-N[protected] and paid fee amount Rs 110.00, due to mismatch of aadhar name, appication can't process. again apply application vide U-N[protected] and paid again.
