[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — request for refund of failed pan application

I have applied for online paperless pan card. But the process fail and they replied that my transaction amount will be returned back within 7 days. Its been 10 days now but the amount have not return yet.
My token no. For that application is [protected] bearing name nongmaithem lilyzon devi.
Kindly look into the matter and solved the problem as soon as possible.

My new pan card palication compleate upto athontication stage. but i reciving otp late then page was expire. but token no. in not remember then i seatvh in my email that not have any email for pan card. if i pay again fill aplication and pay fees can i refund frist apply fee by net banking ?
