[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — "sorry, no record found" | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have applied for new pan card on[protected] through e-kyc/e-sign. After completion of my form i received a message "thank you for using online facility for pan application". After that i got acknowledge no. ([protected]). I have invoice copy of payment receipt and application form in pdf format. But when i checked the status of application it shows that "sorry, no record found". According to my knowledge there is no need to send the physical documents when i opt for apply via e-kyc/e-sign. Verified Support Sep 06, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear Sanjeev, Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution. | |||

I applied for a new PAN card for my mother on "30/04/2018".
I got the acknowledgment receipt having a token number "[protected]".
When I tried tracking the status of PAN CARD using the same token number I am getting an error saying "Sorry, no record found."
Please advice where should I track the PAN card status?
