[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — temporary token number not received

Hi,

I had applied for the pan but my session got expired just after i went for aadhar otp verification. I didn't receive any email stating my token number. Also i am not able to reset token number since the same has been disabled. I mailed stating my query but have received no response so far. When i contacted over phone, i was informed that they will respond to the mail shortly. Its been over 1 month and i am still awaiting for a response. This is very outrageous. Government departments are working at their worst possible way. My payment reference number is 20878801 dated 31st july 2017
