[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — tin nsdl - your request cannot be processed, please try after some time. error

I tried the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.

Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
Please the futher steps to complete the process or advise for the payment refund made...
