[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Unable to login to my nps cra account | |||||
I am a government employee and i have account on tire i - on nsdl central record keeping agency. My user id =[protected] but due to some wrong attempts my password is not working and i have tried resetting my password through forgot password link but i am not getting any otp, therefore my account has been locked. Jul 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They E-mailed me regarding my issue and told me that due to mismatch in my contact details they were unable to send me the OTP. I therefore requested OTP to my registered mail ID. And then issue was resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
