[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — unable to receive otp for verification of kyc for application of pan card even after payment | |||
I applied for pan card through e kyc aadhar but i am stuck on the last step where otp is asked. Even after repeated trials, i am unable to recieve otp. Also, the customer care number of nsdl office is also going unanswered. I am providing the token number [protected] for reference. I am facing great inconvenience because of that, since i need pan card number for my new job on urgent basis. Also, there is no place to file a complaint regarding refund of payment on nsdl website.
