[Resolved] NSDL — nsdl pan refund of pan processing fee | |||
I use NSDL website to create a new pan card for me. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank but Aadhar verification was not completed due to authentication issue on their registration process (Status: Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time). Neither No process of my Application nor refund and it's been since long time. I didn't yet receive any feedback of my application form NSDL. Thus I request for refund of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card.Tthey have to revert/rectify their web-site if they can't fix the bugs.
