[Resolved] NSDL — Tan status not updated even after documents delivered | |||||
Hello sir/madam I registered for tan on 16th may 2017. Printed the acknowledgement & sent it through speed post (Tracking no-eo[protected]in) to pune same day. Now it shows delivered on 19th may. Acknowledgement number is [protected]. But the status still shows documents not received read the instruction. Tried to call them multiple times. But number always busy. Sent them a mail with acknowledgement number. But no results. Please help. It's urgent Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to send the printed signed acknowledgement again.The first acknowledgement letter may have been missed even if it was delivered by the speed post.but after my second acknowledgement letter reached nsdl they immidiately sent mail regarding this on 1st june & started processing it.on 6th june allotted me TAN number.waiting for the allotment letter to be couriered to me.Thanks to www.consumercomplaints.in & NSDL.I'm indebted to you. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 26, 2017 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. We are following up with concern team for earliest resolution.
