Today i booked a taxi for 8:15 am, the driver waited for 15 minutes and then started scolding me on abusive language. We are not here to receive any scolding from your company driver, we are customers and we come first to the success fo your company and your srivers are ill treating us. Shame on ntl, please make sure that this does not happen to any customer in future, if this happens to me again i will pursue a lawsuit against your organisation.

Finalyy i just simply cancelled the taxi on seeing the misbehaviour of the driver and simply paid rupees 150 for just booking the taxi.

Dignity is important to any customer, please educate your drivers to treat the customers properly.
Even we are paying waiting charges when it gets late and we should be scolded or abused for any reason.

    Today I booked a cab 9seater . while loading baggage driver ask for more money than the meter charge by saying he can't carry bags as his car worth 10 lakhs . he screamed on the road saying pay more money or call and cancel the booking . I was left unattended on the road . he used bare words which embarrassed me in front of the neighbor .he also posed for the pictures to raise complaint saying that if not NTL I have other companies . attaching the pics here . make sure your drivers dont spoil your brand name by having such people at service .

        Dear sirs,

        Sub: criminal behavior of driver of card no. Tn 76 t 1633 swift white colour

        On 3rd may night i booked a car for pickup from my home for airport drop on 4th morning 0845 hours to catch a flight @ 1115 hrs. The driver (Mr. Mari – cell no.[protected] /[protected] did not call me till 830 am and therefore i called him when he asked for address. He said that he does not have address and he knows only kolathur. First of all his way of talking was very rude and rough. I told him to obtain address from your office and then come to my home when he got annoyed and abruptly disconnected the phone. Then after some time he called me and made some one else to talk to me who was talking politely and i guided him to my home. The driver again called me and said that he is in 9th street poompuhar nagar and he does not know how to come to 10th street. He reported home at 9am and he started scolding me for not giving him my address. With this bad behavior i informed you over phone in front of him to cancel the taxi because i felt that it was unsafe to travel with this driver. Having cancelled the taxi the driver got upset, irritated started quarrelling with me. He abused me with filthy languages when i told him to vacate the place as he parked car in front of my house blocking the gate. My wife came out to compromise he was abusing her also when i really got upset and asked him to vacate the place. He manhandled me and i got heart on my right hand knee, my son who came to block the driver also got some nail marks. The driver was seems very unhappy & jealous seeing 2 car at my home & he then entered into the car porch and scratched my bmw car. As it was late my son (Who is not well) said that he will drop me to airport in my car itself, but the driver was not prepared to take the car off from the gate. When the quarrel become strong, the neighbors involved and forced him to remove the car from the gate when he took the car back wards towards dead end of the street.In this process my montblank pen costing rs.32, 000/= got damaged and repair cost is estimated to rs.12, 000/= rather than leaving the place, he was waiting for me to come out after changing my dress, as my dress was dirty & torn while the driver assaulted me. When i started my own car, he started chasing me and dashed my car (Honda brio) and overtook my car and blocked and came to attack me. I turned card when again he chased me, he was continuously calling some one and speaking to his friends to come to the spot. I some how droved the car escaping from him and when reached rajamangalam police station, he again over took and blocked my card parking his car across the road. As i was driving my son took the video of the chasing in my cell phone. Seeing this, the police patrol vehicle took him to the rajamangalam p/s and after checking details the si asked me to proceed to airport detaining him there temporarily, as i was afraid that he will again chase me, call his friends and attack me and block me from going to airport and i was really worried with my business trip and business meetings. My entire day was spoiled due to this. As the limit is with kolathur police station, the si in rajamangalam police station told me to lodge complaint at kolathur police station after my return. I am afraid that he will attack family, my house & me in future as well and i need protection. I want ntl to take action on this driver and compensate me else please confirm that i can file fir on your company and this driver when the situation is going to be serious. Please respond appropriately & immediately.

          I have booked flight from chennai to cochi on 12th april 2016 @10.00 am. Taxi booking id: a[protected], cab no:tn12l9058, cab came around 8.15 am but i asked them to come around 7.30 am, when contacted ntl they cooly told me two cabs broke down and they send third cab, but they didn't even the courtesy to inform me about the same and because of which i missed my flight and they charged more fare for dropping back even though it was 4hrs package, i never thought ntl would behave like this. I underwent so much tension and agony. I lost 3, 763 because of this. Can you please tell me who will give the above mentioned amount. I am raising this complaint as i lost money as i want refund of the money. Please take this complaint seriously and wanted reply asap on [protected]@yahoo.Co.In

            I am totally unhappy with the irregular billingin NTL which is a big scam. I have been charged for 15 kms when i travelled only 11.5 Kms. Moreover there is a waiting charge which is imposed on me when i waited for the driver for more than 15 mins. Moreover i paid almost 100 Rupees extra for a travel which will actually sum up to a total of Rs.200 maximum from Saravana Stores Chrompet to Madipakkam Sath Sangam Street. It wont take more than 10 minutes for me to reach the venue when it is without traffic then how i have been charged 100 Rupees extra. Following are the messages that i received from NTL. Its absolutely cheating and compromising has been done stating that i would get a 50 Rupees recharge for a prepaid number ([protected]) which is still pending. Still thinking what quality of service you provide in handling grievance in such a careless mode and courageous to collect 100 Rupees extra and justify it in the first instance and then accept that Rupees 50 is collected more when i justified with proofs. Till now i wonder and was following up with NTL as i was your regular customer and this instance made me to think a lot to use your services any more and will never recommend it to my circles and post it in Social media with proofs and will also file a complaint against the company in the district consumer forum. wait and watch as your resolution mechanism is not satisfactory.

                I booked a ntl taxi to travel from tambaram to Chennai airport.they given the cab detailsTN12E 1770 and booking id-A[protected].
                At first he came on time to the spot.while travelling he came to know from me that I am in urge to catch the flight.by using the situation the driver asked me an additional 150rupee to travel over the toll gate of airport.why because he saying the reason 'I cannot take risk if I got stuck in the traffic with in the toll'. I was shocked the entire toll is clearly visible, there are no any possibilities to stuck up in traffic, more over the road is four way path.
                I do not have time to argue with him even though I explained him but he fixed his aim to get money from me.finally he dropped me in the entrance of the airport.
                I haven't saw such a driver's.

                    Today(23.01.2016) booked vide ID A[protected] for 1900 hours, cab No TN09BE0092 Driver Mobile No [protected]. Starting Balaji Nagar, Alwar Thirunagar, Chennai to Arumbakkam Metro Railway station. Demanded Rs.270/- for the journey as the distance as per him is nearly 13 Kms. Simply could not believe a NTL Taxi driver demanding like an Auto Rickshaw. I had to literally fight with him informing him that it is hardly 7 kms and paid only Rs. 180/-.
                    First time this type of experience with NTL in my 3 to 4 years of association.

Later he behaved very badly shouting at the Midlle of the road, as though fault is from my side, Completely fault was from his side. This kind of behaviours will surely spoil your NTL's image Immediate action on the same is highly appreciated

                        Hello, I have not seen this kind of Pathetic Service from other call Taxi at Chennai except NTL. We booked a trip travel from Saidapet to Chennai Egmore railway station. We have receive confirmation On 25th December 15 @ 01:45 PM. We immediately call driver and confirm the address also explain the route. While we talk to him he was at Ashok Nagar. From Ashok Nagar to Saidapet he took more than an hour. He reached at Saidapet our home @ 02:50 PM. We asked him about the delay. But he immediately started shouting to us and he denied to board us on taxi and left us at the last moment. Train timing is 03:45 PM at Egmore. But he never bother. My dad is a Heart Patient. Please explain do you provide free service to us? You will charge and we also make payments. Then why you people do not care about the passengers. One more thing while we book ask ask the agent to send "Sedan" cab. But she send a "Indica". I hope you would take necessary action again the Vilest driver and the Agent which sent Indica cab without inform us. Please find the driver details for your info.                           Date: 23.12.2015 Sub: Complaint against NTL - Cab taxi no. TN18AC-1768 Mobile no. - [protected]. NTL booking id no. B-[protected]. Booked on 23.12.2015 at 01:30 PM from T-Nagar to Madhanapuram, Tambaram. Booked by G.Sumathy. Respected sir, I booked the call taxi from NTL as aforesaid in the subject. Total 2 adults + 1 kid traveled in the cab. The driver came by 01:30 PM to Somasundaram park, T-Nagar for pick-up. While entering the taxi the driver told in a high manner that meter is not working hence he showed to me a meter near the petrol meter and to note it down for reference. Further the driver told that i should see his mobile wherein a meter is running and to provide money as per that, which is NTL meter. I was totally confused and told i will take up this with the customer no of NTL. Further he shows the catalogue of Fast-Track metered rate and said not to give as per this rate. By the time the taxi crossed the mount road signal wherein he made a attempt to dash a two-wheeler-scooter. Then at Guindy-Kathipara made a attempt to hit a autorichsaw. Then at Tambaram Sanatorium made a attempt to hit a two wheeler in bike. On the whole he murmured and abuse in filthy language those who passes away in the road. I, the customer with the family watched all this without resisting because my wife & a two year old (sick-fever) back side to reach safe the destination. The cab reached the destination and told that the meter is Rs.460/- but to pay Rs.510/-. And also refused to provide the bill. I have resisted the same and told i will give only the metered bill not the excess amount. Once i resisted the excess payment the driver rise his voice in-front of my house and start abuse filthy’ language. I made a compliant to NTL stating the above whole incident. But not satisfied with the reply I lodge this compliant before the competent authority for proper enquiry. The following mischief and misbehaviour & Cheating the customer/ public by the above said NTL- cab-driver. Demanding more money than the rate fixed by Govt. Of Tamil Nadu. Reading Meter kept-off purposefully and cheating the customers and public. Misbehave and using filthy language with the passengers/ costumers that too lady customer & kid inside the cab. Rash & negligent driving while customers are inside the cab. Using mobile phones while driving. ‘Suspect’- Drug -adict / Drunk & Drive while driving. Various meter-price catalogue kept in the car to confuse & cheat the customers and the public in the brand name of NTL. Not having unique identity of ‘NTL’ sticker in the taxi. Hence it is requested kindly look in to the antecedent of the driver/ driving licence...etc that in future that no customer/ public should suffer because of such type of cab drivers.                               Please make sure that customers informations provided are kept in private and not for everyone's reach. I have been tortured by your call taxi drivers..ATROCIOUS !!! Messaging me, trying to meet, commenting on my satus and profile pictures. The number which I provide is only for a temporary purpose of contacting me till my journey in your company vehicle completes. After that those informations are supposed to be kept confidential and not released without authorized permission. Is this what your company's customer care about ??? RIDICULOUS Shame on your part. Never expected this poor customer service. Hereby I attach the number of one of the person who messaged me recently +[protected] since I blocked other ... Hope some light is thrown on this matter and appropriate action is taken.

                                Booked NTL taxi on Tuesday Night around 8 pm (17th Nov 2015). From poonamallee to Koyambedu. We have been charged for waiting allowance of around 70 rs extra and the waiting places are city traffics and signal time. We are completely frustrated to know this for the first time that the passenger charged for waiting in signals and traffics. NTL taxi is money motive and we feel like cheated as this is not informed us beforehand. For your information chennai.

                                  Details - pick up at Kanna dasa nagar - drop at Chennai Central.
                                  As per the andriod meter the charges was 179 only but driver demanded 200 rupees and not given any bill. his behavior was rude.
                                  I tried to log complaint with the NTL complaint cell.But no one has responded.
                                  very worst service and breach of trust.Must cancel the lenience for this type of drivers and operators

Driver Manikandan Cab No TN32J7327 spoke from his number [protected]. He told coming in 10 minutes. Even at 1039pm he said that just two minutes away and reporting. When not come, called at 1050pm. He says that his office told not to come . Office will arrange different cab. On enquiry to [protected] they told no cab available. Then how come the driver spoke to me. Gross negligence and deficiency of service

                                    To add to my complaint, NTL, after declining the confirmation, has the audacity to SMS me at 11.30 pm that base ON MY REQUEST, the are cancelling my booking !!!

                                      I had booed a NTL call taxi today morning (9th Nov 2015) from perambur to mugalivakkam.Pick -up time 3.30 pm.They conformed the booking but did not send the conformation ID.As I did not get any message from them i kept on tried callling them and asked the status after a long try i got the line and I asked about the status.By that time it was already around 3.50pm.They said they have CABS near by and they will send as soon as possible.BUT THEY DID NOT SEND ANY CAB and even did not inform us.
                                      At last (AFTER ONE HOUR WAITING) I arranged alternate transportation.
                                      NTL Call Taxi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Booking id A[protected]. Booked Xylo from Chennai Abhiramapuram to Chennai Airport. On call, they informed me that it will cost around Rs. 300. After reaching Airport, he charged bill of Rs. 404 + Airport parking charge Rs. 180, Which they did not mention in the call. We unloaded the luggage in less than 5 mins and the parking charges was not required at all. So I had to pay total Rs. 590. Driver details: [protected]. Want to take severe action again NTL Call Taxi. Another friend of mine got dropped the same distance by NTL from Mylapore to Airport the same day, same time and paid only Rs.320/- with more luggages than me. Pathetic service and cheating by NTL Call Taxi. Please update the status of the complaint and refund of excess amount to [protected]

                                        the same problem happened to me too, is the ntl taxi taking any actions for this or not?

                                        I hired a taxi from karappakkam to nungambakkam they said first 5km charge Rs 100 and Rs 12/km from there onwards, he gave bill for 26.2 km Rs 586.00. but as per calculation its only Rs 402 inclusive of waiting and tax.
