I booked ntl taxi on 19th Jul 2015 night for travel from parambur to chennai central on 20th July mrgn 5 am.my train was at 6 am. I received a prompt message on 20th mrgn at 4.30 am with cab details.. I waited till 5.05 am and the cab didn't arrive.. When I call the cab driver., he said he was travelling to injambakkam and he will not be cmg., this gave me a surprise. Then I called the ntl no at[protected], the gave a irresponsible answer that they will arrange for another cab which will come in next 20 min.I told them about my train timing which is at 6 am so asked them to prioritise.. But after 15 min I got a message about another cab details., after which I again got a sms saying ignore the previous cab details and have the new details...the time is already 5.30, Seeing this irresponsible behaviour., I tried calling fast track and booked.they sent a cab in 10 min., though the driver rushed to central, we are able to reach central only by 6.05 am, and the train already departed...I was travelling along with my aged father (75 yrs).. All these created mental torcher and strain and we finally missed the train.the train fare is 1250 rupees.. I urge ntl to take necessary action against the relevant ppl and sent me a apologies and also refund me the train ticket fare of 1250..I am pasting all the message from ntl here.
