I booked the NTL call taxi cab at evening 5PM for tambaram drop from ECR . After get into the cab we started to travel for 1 km. i asked the driver to switch on A/C . he simply replied the A/C is not working ... after reaching the destination, they charge amount is along with A/C .. if we raised the concerns to NTL complaint team ... there is no proper response from them and they saying we donot have a option to refund the amount .. its really feel like cheating ... could some one help on this ...

    Sir, we hired a taxi for 5 hours with maximum 50 kilometres run, for Rs. 925.00 with Booking ID B[protected], Cab # TN 69 AF 0811, Driver mobile # [protected]. The agreed time for the taxi to arrive was 12:00 noon. However, Taxi came 45 minutes late. In between driver went for lunch and did not turn up for 15 minutes as I was waiting for him on the designated spot (Near Woodland Restaurant). Taxi came back at the dropping point at 5:10 PM and was set to be relieved. But to my surprise, Driver started demanding extra money and will not leave our office premises. He created a big scene at our office. When customer Service of NTL taxi was contacted regarding this problem, they refuse to resolve the matters as the person who was dealing with our matter said that it is our company policy that the starting time of the package is 12:00 Noon. It is not NTL's problem if taxi arrives at pick up point late. Or driver abandoned the customer to go for lunch. Since driver would not go out of our office, and played a black mailing trick, we were exhorted extra money by him. I request you compensate me for this embarrassment caused by Drive in my office as well as NTL should be or fined for exhorting money from me. No receipt was given to us.

      I really disappointed with my ride with ntl this morning, Customer service was really poor - my scheduled booking was around 6.40AM but cab came @ 7.15AM Also the tariff mentioned to me was first 6km Rs 150 & addt. Rs9.6/km but rate charged to me was Rs 16/km. Next thing was I had Rs300 in my wallet which they informed that only Rs 100 only can be taken from wallet. We will never use ntl service in my life anymore & will never recommend to my friends & family. I am well aware about the brand value of ntl but with these kind of service, it will be very hard for sustainability in the present market.

        I am Pavan from Chennai. I traveled from Anna Salai to Seven Wells in Chennai at 10:45 PM on 25th July, 2015 using NTL Taxi Services. When I alighted I was asked by the driver to pay the journey fare (166/- INR) by cash though I had 550/- INR in my NTL wallet account. I was earlier cheated by NTL on a similar occasion two months ago where the driver demanded cash in spite of the amount left in my wallet. No use of speaking to NTL complaint cell as they want to me forgive them and adjust for one time though I told them this was not the first time. Also on 23rd July I booked in advance to travel on 24th July. NTL sent me 3 different drivers' details and none of them picked me and again customer care complaint cell apologized and couldn't provide me the cab till the end. I need the amount in the Wallet (550/- INR) back either by Cheque/Cash from NTL since they do not let me utilize the taxi service using my prepaid amount in the wallet. Even the driver complained that NTL doesn't pay them on time if the customer/rider doesn't pay him by cash. I have also sent an email to NTL regarding this issue.         Issue Description : NTL driver demanded to pay for the ride by cash (166/- INR) though I have 550/- INR left in my NTL Wallet account. This is the second time being cheated by NTL on the same issue. I need the amount in my Wallet (550/- INR) back either by Cheque/Cash

        Could you please direct NTL Call Taxi to initiate some action on my complaint? They have replied to my email that the amount has been refunded to my bank account on 27th July however I haven't received a single penny from NTL Taxi yet. I have asked them to check with the Issuing Bank by the transaction ID. Am I being cheated once again?

            I booked ntl taxi on 19th Jul 2015 night for travel from parambur to chennai central on 20th July mrgn 5 am.my train was at 6 am. I received a prompt message on 20th mrgn at 4.30 am with cab details.. I waited till 5.05 am and the cab didn't arrive.. When I call the cab driver., he said he was travelling to injambakkam and he will not be cmg., this gave me a surprise. Then I called the ntl no at[protected], the gave a irresponsible answer that they will arrange for another cab which will come in next 20 min.I told them about my train timing which is at 6 am so asked them to prioritise.. But after 15 min I got a message about another cab details., after which I again got a sms saying ignore the previous cab details and have the new details...the time is already 5.30, Seeing this irresponsible behaviour., I tried calling fast track and booked.they sent a cab in 10 min., though the driver rushed to central, we are able to reach central only by 6.05 am, and the train already departed...I was travelling along with my aged father (75 yrs).. All these created mental torcher and strain and we finally missed the train.the train fare is 1250 rupees.. I urge ntl to take necessary action against the relevant ppl and sent me a apologies and also refund me the train ticket fare of 1250..I am pasting all the message from ntl here.

              I have booked the Taxi booking ID :A[protected] booked form chitalapakkam to tambaram west station entrance, booked time is 10.30.pm, but vech came only on 10.45 only, improper co ordination form the customer care & i very them thru phone at 10.45 pm they imformed thru message ur vech will arrive within 10 min, but if we board the vech after 15 or 20 min late they are charging wating fees, but for this case they telling only sorry, i am going to make consumer case filing regarding this,

                Booking ID: A[protected] Cab No: TN 25 AB 3488 Driver name: Anand I booked NTL call taxi for my brother from Chitlapakkam to Chennai Central station with pickup time as 2.45PM whereas the taxi arrived only at 2.58PM and the actual boarding time was 3PM. The driver proceeded in opposite direction choosing a circuitous route, initially from my home and through Mambalam instead of Anna salai. On checking up at complaint number[protected], they reported that the meter was started at 2.45 PM itself. Thus, the driver must have run nearly 7 kms before reaching the pickup point and also must have gained taking through circuitous route of additional 3-4 kms; he has overcharged for 10-11 extra kms and so Rs. 150 min for 6 kms plus @ the rate of Rs 15/km for additional 3-4 kms has been overcharged. Also they have shown 27 mins waiting charges of Rs. 54 caused by traffic at signal points which is not acceptable They reported to refund the excess amount charged but till date no result.

                    I booked a cab from Arumbakkam to Ayyapakkam, I got a bill for Rs.255 but driver collected Rs. 345 from my brother. Driver informed that machine not working, so he can't show the meter amount. I registered complaint with NTL customer care on same day, but recevied no response. NTL guys, you service sucks. Im not going to use your service or recommend to any of my friends. Esnure that you return my money Cab number - TN19K8728

                      Hi, I have booked a taxi on 18/06/2015 from Madhavaram to CPCL Manali. I have paid the cash, the driver said we will send the bill to your email. As of now i called 4 times every time customer care team is saying you will get the bill with in 15 to 30 min. As of now i didn't get any bill. Here i am providing my booking id::B[protected] and CAB no:TN29AR1967 and again i am providing my email-id:[protected]@yahoo.co.in. Also, the driver of the cab showed me some calculations and collected Rs. 203 (total of 6KMs). Subsequently I got a message from NTL informing me of a total kms of 6 kms and a total charge of Rs 158/-, inclusive of ST at Rs. 8/-. Obviously the driver has collected more amount from me. The excess amount is Rs. 45/-. You are advised here to arrange refund of the excess amount charged, that is Rs. 45/- and provide the bill. Kindly arrange to inform me to my mobile number.

                        Dear Sir, My name is O. Sudarsanam and my mobile number is [protected]. I have booked NTL call taxi on[protected] for usage of car on[protected] and my booking ID is A[protected]. Subsequently I got message giving the cab number as TN22 CR8492 and the mobile number of driver is [protected] (or [protected]). The trip was completed yesterday night. at the end of the trip, the driver of the cab showed me some calculations and collected Rs. 2100 towards fare (sayint t total of 130KMs) + Rs 105/- towards taxes, a total of Rs. 2205/-. Subsequently I got a message from NTL informing me of a total kms of 101.8 kms and a total charge of Rs 1773/-, inclusive of ST at Rs. 94/-. Obviously the driver has collected more amount from me than what was metered. The excess amount is Rs. 432/-. I would therefore request you to arrange refund of the excess amount charged, that is Rs. 432/-. My address is O. Sudarsanam, New no: 14/4, Radhakrishna Nagar Main Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600041. I would request you to send Rs. 432/- by cheque to the above address.                           Ntl Cab driver charged Rs.390 for a trip on a budget cab from adyar to st thomas mount military hospital on 30/05/2015 citing that GPS did not work. We found this was excess as the on the same route in a budget with waiting time of 30 minutes costed far less than the amount paid. I would be obliged if there is a possibility of refund as more than 100 rs has been paid in excess.

                            1. We have requested mini (indica) but they have sent Big vehicle, When i called before pickup they sai we will collect only mini fare. But charged big vegicle fare. 2. We booked Cab from Medavakkam to Tambaram East. It will take max 8 kms. But the driver charged for 12 kms 3.                               I took a taxi to central station on the[protected]. The booking ID A[protected] and the pickup time was 6 AM. The taxi was late by 10 mins.We left at 6.10 and reached the station at 6.40 .My fare was Rs 293.and I paid Rs.300. The SMS bill reached me at 6.45 am.after I had paid off the taxi and it included a waiting time of 42 minutes.This is impossible because we reached the station at 6.40 am.The taxi driver had deliberately overcharged me by Rs. 86.25.I also noticed that the GPS in the taxi TN11 6637 was not on.The driver did not switch it on till we reached Central Station I was overcharged.                                 I had a worst experience with NTL Call Taxi..We used For the journey From Kammakotti Nagar To Thiruvanmaiyur..(TN 19V 6876 Swift Desire)During Journey, On every signals the metre which shows the hire is running..running in all singals, while car is waiting on signal..We question to driver, but he didn't answered properly..Please take worth ful action towards this complaint...taxi booked name: Edwin, ph no [protected], date 28-5-15 time 8.00pm

As of now i called 2 times every time customer care team is saying got the bill with in 15 to 30 min. As of now i didn't get any bill.                                     For the last 3 weeks or so, I am getting calls and messages meant for your driver AMALRAJ. I have explained a number of times that the called number does not belong to AMALRAJ. But they kept on calling and sending SMS. After a few days of this storey repeating, I was assured that your people had a wrong number on your records and have since deleted the wrong number and I would NOT be disturbed any more. But the nuisance continues. The call comes from[protected] and some time from Mumbai[protected]. They claim that the calls is from NTL Bombay Office Today (27/05/15) around 7 PM, I got calls from[protected] FOUR times. I did NOT lift 3 calls. Finally when I lifted it, they abused me for NOT lifting on the first ring itself. When I requested for a patient hearing they abruptly dropped the phone Obviously your AMALRAJ is NOT getting the messages and calls meant for him. Your administration must have realised this Will there be a solution for this????

                                        I had a very worst experience with NTL Service. I came from chennai tambaram kamarajapuram to airport for 370 rupees which is way toooo much. I got a bill in my phone after half an hour from my drop. Bill amount is 131 rupees. When I call the help desk they say bill amount is 270 rupees. I spoke to santhosh who didnot respond to my query properly. I am not going to leave this here. I will sue the company soon.
