Good response at the time of booking and while depositing booking amount. Once you have paid the money they will overtake all your trip. Very bad in customer satisfaction. The lady Sofia whom we contacted was very good at the begin but a bad organizer. We have booked the Tavera from them for Srinagar tour but hey have looted us. They don't have any idea about Srinagar policy...so i must say they don't know anything for other places....
