NTL Call Taxi — Deliberate extra charges for 30 KM which was not travelled | |||
Hi we hired a cab from NTL Call taxi today (14 October 2016) from chennai n travelled to thiruthani.from there we travelled to kanchipuram and from there we returned back to chennai.overall it should come 100 km + 60 km + 80 km = 240 km. As per above details or say 250 km.but the driver did not leave until we payed Rs.3100 (charged for 280 km).even call centre employee supported driver fraud claims. So that is totally cheating.for safety reasons we gave.but concerned authorities please look into this matter.thank you.one free advice dont travel in ntl cabs. Was this information helpful? | |||
