NTL Call Taxi — Non-receipt of bill | |||
I have taken a cab from NTL Call Taxi at Chennai on 17/03/2015. After my trip is over, I have asked for the bill from the driver but the driver told that bill will be sent to my registered e-mail id. Immediately I spoke to NTL call taxi[protected] for the same and they confirmed that they would send the same to my e-mail ID. On non-receipt of any mail from their side I called them atleast eight times and everytime they responded with the same answer that the bill would be sent within next 5 minutes. This is a genuine harassment and action needs to be taken against the call taxi.
