I had ordered 3 plants and 2 pots worth RS 2458. ORDER NLV[protected]. I have tried contacting them via multiple ways, including their site, email, IG, WhatsApp and received absolutely no response from them. I had placed the order on 23rd June, and all I got was they have confirmed the order and said I will receive an email when they ship it, but I haven't received any such emails after that. Kindly take strict action against them for this fraudulent behaviour as they're doing the same to everyone.

    I have placed an order #NLV[protected] on May28, 2021. Its been more than a month. They haven't shipped the plants yet. It is for ₹ 2, 087. All I see from their website is it is still under processing. No response from email as well. It is a big scam and they are looting people's hard-earned money. Please ban the business to avoid future victims.

          I placed an order on 19th june and till today there is no update from the company. Moreover no one is responding to my queries that i have raised over chat or email. Is this company doing fraud ?

            Ordered plants worth almost 1500 rupees, it have been 10 days and no idea about when they will ship it.
            Chat bot keeps saying will deliver in 2-3 days everytime I try customer support.
            Very bad experience, using this e-commerce site for the first and last time .
            Never order anything from here

              It’s been one month, I have ordered a Plant. I have followed up multiple times. Most of times, there have been no responses and couple of times, I got response that Order is being processed. I have requested them to refund the money and there has been no action and response on that.
              They are highly unprofessional!
              I need my money back.

                Nursery live basically has no intention to deliver order, they haven’t delivered my two orders .
                I have done multiple follow ups but to no avail, this is most unethical behaviour
                I had placed two orders NLV[protected] ( Amount1415) & NLV[protected] ( Amount 460.65)with Nursery Live on 19th May 2021

                Out of the two orders only NLV[protected] order was partially delivered with products of cost 677 out of 1415 amount paid for the order on 6th June 2021.Rest of Items in the orders aren’t delivered and no refund is being generated by Nurserylive. Also mails and live chat aren’t replied . I have been following up with them since more than a month there is no answer .
                Other order NLV[protected] isn’t delivered .
                I have tried them reaching by all means but no answer other than some mails sent in 15 days asking that items will be shipped but no actual shipments taking place .

                  This is in regard to my order number NLV[protected] placed on 23 May 21, till date delivery is not done.

                  I have contacted them over the email more than 15 times and every times i get the same answer that you order is given to delivery partner an will be delivered in 2 to 4 days and we cant cancel the order.

                  They never delivered the order and nor cancel it.

                  They keep doing false promises every day.

                  It seems pure a fraud company.

                    I had placed the order NLV[protected] (Hydrangea macrophylla (Any Color) - Plant) and it is now a month and still not received.
                    There is no number to call the customer service.
                    When I email the customer service all I receive is a default automated reply stating The order will be shipped soon.
                    Seems to be fraud/scam.
                    I have sent multiple follow up emails and everytime I received the same automated reply.
                    Don't know how many people have been cheated like this 🙄

                    There is no resolution yet. I now doubt if something by the name Nursery live even exists

                            I have ordered 2 plants from Nurserylive on 15th May 2021. I got an email stating that there will be a delay due to the lockdown. Today is 30th June and I have no information on my order. I have tried reaching out to the customer care team but have no luck in getting through to them. They do not have a phone number where I can call. I have sent emails, sent messages on chat and whatsapp but have received no response.
                            I will be rating them 1 on playstore for the horrible experience I have had.

                            Please take the trouble and visit a local nursery instead o[censored]sing crappy services. I'm gonna do the same.

                              I have ordered plants and pots more then work 2k from their website but I
                              received only one mail saying my product is ready to dispatch without
                              further details.
                              There is no way I can reach out their customer care ( phone) and there is no response via mail too.
                              Looks like a real fraud company.
                              Don't know what to do.

                                Nurserylive is a fraud company, they take orders but do not dispatch them.
                                They just post beautiful posts on websites and social media just to lure people to order online.
                                Once you order any item you will be trapped, they will not respond, and if respond also they will just take time.

                                I had ordered seedling soil 5kg, and paid online, the Order is placed with order id: NLV[protected]. but 15 days has passed they have not dispatched the item, on consistent asking, through mail, messages they will just tell that they will shipp in 3-4 days. Till date not dispatched.
                                Kindly ban this website and send the owners behind bars.

                                  I ordered my plants from this above mentioned website on June 9 by making full payment in advance. When I ordered I wasn't made aware that the order will take too long, I was told that it will be delivered soon.

                                  But it's now almost a month and there is no update from them. And every time I contact the customer care both over email and online chat box, is that my order is in process or will be delivered shortly. But I no estimate date by which my plants will arrive is given.

                                  I even emailed them and asked to cancel my order as they are taking this long and asked to return my money. They are not even doing that.

                                    I had placed an order for a plant on 20-June 2021. My order number is ORDER NLV[protected].

                                    To date (30/6/2021) the order is still being processed with no estimate of when the product will be dispatched.

                                    There is no customer care number, no online help, only a chatbot that replies that your order is being processed with no further details.

                                    This is a fraudulent e-commerce site. They are collecting small sums of money from people without delivering goods. Since the money is small, unless we come together as a group, no single individual will file a consumer complaint and they are taking advantage of this and running this Ponzi scheme.
