I have ordered on 9th may 2021 but product is still not delivered .
No response to emails on delivery .
Ordered amount was already paid while placing order.

My name is kalyan kumar my ORDER no : NLV[protected], I ordered live plants on 12 MAY 2021, till now there is no response worst service, SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK 1182 rupees to original payment method now...

I had placed an order on 9th April 2021, order number - NLV[protected] and it was supposed to get delivered in the next 15 days but I see till today (3rd Jun) my order is not even shipped.

I had made the full payment online for my order.

I have written multiple times on their customer care emailID and chat window but never got any response from them. I have even written to them on Instagram but there is no response....

I complained here once but still there has not been any progress in my order status. I tried calling them but the no is switched off....

Please help. Nurserylive has taken an order with online payment but it has not provided any support in delivering the plant. Now i want to cancel the order but noone is there to help.

Not received any plants till date.

No refund option is provided. No contact number on website.

No one replies to mails or chats.

If you can't deliver why accept order.

Request to take against this fraud company....

Hi I have ordered live Plants from nursery live on May 18th 2021. But still I have not received my order. Whenever I contact chat support of nursery live they tell it will be shipped within 2 days but they are not doing it. Cheating customer by doing prepaid order and not delivering it to customer....

I have ordered 3 live plants from nursery live on 25 may, 2021 bit today after about 8 days, I have not recieved a single update from them.
They are not replying to the mails, they have no customer support on there website. I am aalo not able to log in into there app.
The order is already paid for.
Please resolve the issue.

I ordered NLV[protected] on 19th May, But no update till now. No
response on chat from these guys. No customer care number, nothing.Even i sent the mails regarding this but no gain.Order has been confirmed a long back and even got a mail on 24th May that it will be dispatched in 3-4 days. But since then no update. These website seems to be cheating the people, taking their money but not providing anything. If they cant deliver my product...

We orderd plants & seeds on NurseryLive site on 22nd May order number NLV[protected] and received the order confirmation.

But since then there is no response form this company, they have only an online chat function, no contact number or office address etc. There is an email id if but no one responds from that email, its all computerised response.

We tried the online chat many times and always you receive the...

I've ordered few plants from the website on 25 may. Order no NLV[protected]. They've not updated me regarding the same. Order is not shipped yet. Also there's no response from Customer care either through email or Phone no provided....

We ordered plants worth Rs. 3000+ in April 30th 2021 from Nursery Live (order ID - NLV[protected]). A month has passed since. The order hasn't been delivered. We sent at least 4 e-mail reminders so far to cancel the order and refund the amount to the payment source. They're not responding on mail.

They've no customer support no. to contact to. We need to cancel the order and get refund ASAP....

Sir/mam, i had placed an order on nurserylive. they have failed to deliver the order and are also not canceling the order. The money was sent to them via UPI mode of payment. their customer care is non existent and despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not replied. i kindly urge you to take necessary action,

I have ordered a bunch of plants for my mother in law expecting them to deliver atleast within 10 days as there was no such intimation provided by the website I made the payment immediately.
1. Your website should inform that our order would be delivered late due to covid as you haven't mentioned I assumed you to deliver on time n made the payment orelse I wouldn't opt for your website
2. Please provide toll free number we...

Order No. NLV[protected] placed on May 14th 2021, it was promised to be delivered in 10 days, inspite of many follow ups on Twitter/Instagram/whatsapp haven’t received the tracking details of the order or any response whatsoever from their end yet....

I have ordered plants from Nurserylive vide order no. NLV[protected] by paying money in advance still after 15 days no confirmation on delivery has been made despite various reminders.

This is unethical and company is fraud....

I haven't received any updates about the order.
I asked for the order cancellation but they are not responding. If they are not delivering during lockdown then why are they accepting the orders? I wanted the plant because it was urgent. But there is no point of receiving it so late. I need a refund asap....
