    I had placed an order on july 1 2020. And requested for cancellation on the very same day as the confirmation mail sent had different orders. When contacted them on watsapp, there is no response. Seem to be a fraudster company. Want to get my money back

      They confirmed my order on 14th june but they still haven’t dispatched my order yet. When i try to contact them through their customer helpline whatsapp number ([protected]) or email them at “ [protected]@nurserylive “, there is no response from the company.       I placed an order with Nursery Live on the 7th of June 2020, I had ordered for 5 plants and 5 pots. After multiple conversations I recd. the order on the 25th of June, out of the 5 plants 2 were dead and the pots weren't delivered. The products were packed very very poorly, the soil had come out of the pots and the plants were not even planted properly. One of the plants was so rotten that it had a foul smell and it immediately had to be thrown away. The other had leaves that had turned black (check picture) and the roots had rotten as well I reached out immediately and was asked to email the pictures and the details. I shared the information, I got a response saying that the pots will be delivered on an urgent basis. But these guys did not address the issue of the dead plant. There is no way to reach them properly on the chat function, you have to wait for hours before you get a chance, the whatsapp feature doesn't work properly either. And now when I am sending them Emails it is bouncing back. As I write this Email I am on the customer chat window with Nursery Live, this conversation started almost 2 hours ago and I am not getting a response from the Customer Executive even now, this has been the case every time I have reached out to them. They are not even addressing the issue just making me jump through the hoops. My order ID is 2R[protected]
      and the amount paid was 3029. I just want a refund for the two dead plants, because clearly there is no point in a replacement, they will again delay it and send inferior products with inferior packaging. Such a business without a customer support service that can aptly address customer issues should not exist

        My order is confirmed more than 4 weeks ago. I asked them for status and they said it will be dispatched in 10 days... Again after 10 days, they said one week. And again nothing dispatched yet. They are not responding to my cancellation and refund request also and nobody responds on the whatsapp number. They have my money and sitting on it without any service. Worst customer service. I will never ever have any dealings with them once i get my money back. Order number 56hn0121131

            Order cancellation and refund

            I have order some plants through nurserylive.com since May 2020 starting. Since order, i try to contact them. But vendor web site no contact number not mentioned. They have provided one whats-app number and presently that also not working even if I send any msg to that number, no one response / reply me. Yesterday I chat with their team and request them to cancel my order and refund my 100% amount.

                Dear sir,
                I order a plant from company nurserylive.com more than a week ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I didn't received the order and their delivery partner was also out of reach. I think its a scam cause on their facebook page lot of people had complained of same. Their customer support is also not responding. Order number is 5k[protected]

                  There are number of online complaints against this company but no action is being taken. I had ordered product - 5k[protected]. And i have not yet received my order and their delivery agent number is also out of reach. They are not even giving refund and not even responding on their whatsapp number.

                  I ordered a snake plant on 15 th june and still it shows in dispatch.

                        I have placed and order worth ₹873 for seeds, soil and fertiliser on nurserylive website on june 2. Partial order was finally dispatched on june 13 but hasn’t reached me yet. I have been asking for courier details but no one has been resounding to me. There is no option to cancel the order on the website. I have asked them to either deliver or cancel the order but i have not been informed anything from their end except for automated responses for the emails i send

                              Placed order on mar 28, order has yet not delivered. Everytime i send them a message or email, i always get a response it is ready for dispatch but the delivery date keeps changing, initially it was supposed to be on 19 may then it got pushed to 9 june then 14 june and now 20 june. I do not trust them, they have not even sent me a tracking number meaning it has not been dispatched at all. Despite my repeated request to cancel my order, i am not getting any response, now they have stopped responding to my emails/tweets/messages

                                Dear sir,
                                I had ordered some seeds via nurserylive.com on 8th June 2020. Now 10 days passed. No response from nurserylive. I used prepaid payment. Because no COD option. After creditng the money to their account they are not dispatching the items or not looking to anyones order. I tried to contact them via mobile number mentioned the website. But always hearing that the number was suspended. I send email to them. But no reply. Please help me to getting back my money from the cheater nurserylive.com.

                                  Hi,

                                  We ordered few fairy garden miniatures for our child's online school project on 26th may and 27th may with order numbers: ra8p0117930 & fqwj0118627, respectively. And also we paid the respective amount on the day of ordering itself. The cumulative payment amount is 2636 inr.

                                  For ordering these materials, since this is basically a company related to gardening, they added few vegetable seed packets as free promo.

                                  Eventhough, we followed up with them through mails, whatsapp, website chat, there was no proper response.

                                  And unfortunately, they have dispatched only the said free promo items, during this week beginning, it seems and the materials, for which we paid money, hasn't yet been dispatched yet. Also no one is response to us!!

                                  Because of their irresponsible responses, our child hasn't got through the project with good score. Now, he is under pressure and in frustration!!

                                  The child has lost his confidence among his classmates and this indirectly is affecting his personality!!!

                                    I had ordered cousteau airplant arrangement against order number 1bgj085063 on 9th of march’ 2020 amounting to inr 1997/- consisting a glass hanging arrangement with air plants fixed in gravel along with sea urchin and decorative moss. After a great deal of delay and repeated follow ups the arrangement was finally delivered on 21st march’ 2020. On opening the package it was discovered that the glass shell broken, airplanes & decoration was damaged. Soon after nurserylive was contacted informing the condition and sharing the images.in response i was conveyed by vasudha that as lockdown has been applied they are unable to provide replacement at the moment and once the lockdown is lifted they shall ship the order again as replacement. I understood the situation and trusted that they shall live upto their commitment so didn’t ask for refund. I checked every now and then to find if they have started shipping and once it had commenced i reached out to nurserylive for my replacement after providing the case details and order number. To my surprise they started behaving like strangers and kept telling me that some harsh has been informed and he shall get in touch to assist. Each day they kept fooling me and this went on for a week. I reached out by every way possible including whatsapp and online chat and provide the order details and damage images each time. I had lost my patience by now and insisted them on online chat to resolve the matter there and then. Ironically i was chatting with the same agent called vasudha who had promised before lockdown to provide replacement once it’s lifted. After a long online deliberation and asking the reason for delay in providing resolution, this lady tells me that she has had a word with her team and is told to provide 15% discount over a new order which i replied that i was promised a replacement for the damaged delivery by her herself so why change in resolution of matter. To this she replied that the best she can do is provide 20% discount on a fresh order. I replied that i have already been cheated by them and that they have breached my trust and i am not interested in placing any new order and that they should either provide refund or provide replacement as its not my fault that they shipped a damaged product. I told them that they are intentionally harassing me mentally and have caused monetary loss even though i trusted their word and co-operated all through this time. I warned them that i shall be forced to explore my legal options as this if sheer case of cheating.. To this they maintained they they can only provide 20% discount and ended the chat. After this i escalated the matter on what’s app and sent them the screen shots of the chat with vasudha promising replacement and the current chat transcription of backing out.. I warned them of consequences..

                                    A day later they replied...

                                    We have raised an inquiry-based on your order number with our concern team and we shall have a resolution for you within 24-48 hours

                                    In the meanwhile, we request you to kindly bear with us.

                                    They are no longer responding to any communication..

                                    Its a fraud company that has duped many of their hard earned money.. They cannot be trusted..
