I placed an order with Nursery Live on the 7th of June 2020, I had ordered for 5 plants and 5 pots. After multiple conversations I recd. the order on the 25th of June, out of the 5 plants 2 were dead and the pots weren't delivered. The products were packed very very poorly, the soil had come out of the pots and the plants were not even planted properly. One of the plants was so rotten that it had a foul smell and it immediately had to be thrown away. The other had leaves that had turned black (check picture) and the roots had rotten as well I reached out immediately and was asked to email the pictures and the details. I shared the information, I got a response saying that the pots will be delivered on an urgent basis. But these guys did not address the issue of the dead plant. There is no way to reach them properly on the chat function, you have to wait for hours before you get a chance, the whatsapp feature doesn't work properly either. And now when I am sending them Emails it is bouncing back. As I write this Email I am on the customer chat window with Nursery Live, this conversation started almost 2 hours ago and I am not getting a response from the Customer Executive even now, this has been the case every time I have reached out to them. They are not even addressing the issue just making me jump through the hoops. My order ID is 2R[protected]
and the amount paid was 3029. I just want a refund for the two dead plants, because clearly there is no point in a replacement, they will again delay it and send inferior products with inferior packaging. Such a business without a customer support service that can aptly address customer issues should not exist
