I ordered Plants from Nursery Live worth 6+ thousand on May 26, 2022, i didn't get all the plants only few and rest are gone! I been complaing on support but no proper response only automated saying will resolve in 48 hours. After complaining.many times i got reply recently saying they won't be able to deliver them, instead they can convert them to nCash which is literally no use and there is no option in nursery Live to redeem moreover I don't want to order again with this fraudsters i want my money back. These people are shame to our make in India startups. Government should have proper channels to block them and not to do business.

Damaged product delivered after 14days of placing order.
Upon raising complaint on the day of delivery, they asked for photos multiple times and after 8 days they come back telling me that the product was damaged due to my negligence.
Horrible customer response and unhelpful. Response time way too long.
Nobody should use this platform.

I had ordered (order no. NLV[protected] ) a plant set of 4 from nurserylive.com on 21st June 2022 and it's been more than 10-12 days since I ordered and still, I've not received any information about my order. I've tried to contact on email and customer services and the reply came on the mail that the order is ready to dispatch and will get delivered in 3-4 days and And till date, I've not got any information.

I have placed order in nurserylive on 22 Jun 2022 worth ₹1187. They take 7 days to dispatch product, it's been more than that now. There is no way to contact to support team and the chat bot doesn't help at all, their representative in chat window is not replying or providing any updates on the Product. The products are not dispatched or shipped, so no tracking data is coming. There is no cancellation option available now. Please help me either get the products or get my refund.

Updated by Ayushi Parmar Today 13 jul i received my order, ofcourse one of three they cancelled and gave me gift, which i don't think I'm ever gonna use but the plants are looking good and healthy but the soil was too wet for succulents, thank God they sent it before they rot in the packaging

I ordered some plants from nurserylive for Rs 828. But never received them. After series of complaints and requesting for refund for 2 months, they gave a gift card. Now I have used the gift to buy a set of planters. It has been more than 4 days, no information about dispatch or shipping of the product. I am really disappointed with nurserylive. How can they do such kind of business. They are looting customers. Please stop cheating customers.

I had ordered two orders from nurserylive on 11 jun 2022 vide orders no. NLV[protected] and NLV[protected] for approx 1300/- rs.Its been more than 15 days but there is no progress even after complaining .Better my amount paid be refunded .I didnt receive any communication even when they said that it would be resolved in 48 hrs.I just want refund of my hard earned money now.

My order id is NLV[protected]. I ordered a total of 4 plants. Received one which was bad. When I asked for a replacement they asked me to care for the plant for 15 days and get back. I got back after 15 days but no response! The plant is still in an utterly horrible state.
Now, the remaining order they didn’t even bother delivering and are now offering a credit note. Which I don’t want. I don’t want to buy anything from nursery live and want a refund instead.
This is ridiculous!

The courier did not contact me over phone yesterday. Why he is returning it to you in the first attempt itself. At least he should try twice. What kind of courier is he, without contacting the customer he is returning the item.
I had previous experience that I made a complaint about not receiving the items. After enquiry you sent the items again. That is why I stopped ordering with you for some time. Again I am having the same problem.
Now will you resend the plant or arrange for refund.

It was supposed to be a gift and way past the deadline.

Customer care number is bogus. Is it fraud site, if so there are so many advertisements on that I request to ban such online firms which cheat customers.

I had placed 2 orders from nurserylive and since i had very bad experience of first order (received very small size of vase and also order was delayed by more than 3 weeks), I tried cancelling 2 nd order after realising their customer support was really bad. But no where I could cancel the order plus they didn't consider request also over email and I got 4 plants from 2nd order which were of poor quality. This is fake online nursery and received products are much smaller in size compared to shown on website.
