Hi, I had placed an order from nursery live on June 1st. I got an update that it got shipped through XpressBee on June 3rd. There is no update thereafter. I contacted via web chat and emails. None of the executives bothered to respond and resolve the issue. Neither they delivered nor they refunded the amount. I don't know how to solve this since there is no proper customer care number to directly talk to the agents.
