Nutrabay — received protein with broken seal and opened cap

I received a broken seal and cap. I ordered it from nutrabay.com, they sended me then protein wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was in good condition but when i opened it was open inside the box, i complained them but its not getting resolved, i posted a review they did not post my review too, they are not providing a valid mail or a phone number, their site have multiple bugs complaints doesnt get posted. I contacted the distributor he is not taking responsibility. I then decided to use the protein i used it for 10 days and i think its not genuine, looks like its adulterated.
