Nutrabay Complaints & Reviews

I ordered ON whey protein powder (extreme milk chocolate) flavour from nutrabay online site. I paid through citi debit card and amount also got debited from my account, however the payment status in nutrabay is still showing up as pending payment. citibank confirmed that, the amount is already debited. but no order confirmation from nutrabay.

I received a broken seal and cap. I ordered it from nutrabay.com, they sended me then protein wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was in good condition but when i opened it was open inside the box, i complained them but its not getting resolved, i posted a review they did not post my review too, they are not providing a valid mail or a phone number, their site have multiple bugs complaints doesnt get posted.
