I have purchased the NXT digital box from my cable operator. Details of the box are as below-

CAS:[protected]
NUI: [protected].
I want to return the same to the company as it is not compatible with my new TV .
Hence i requested the same to my cable operator too but he is always giving me lame reasons every time.
Could you please check this issue and help me in getting the refund for the box.
I am currently located in Ahmednagar, Maharastra.

As i am a part of Indian army and will be posted out from Ahmednagar in coming 15 days. Hence would like you to look into this matter at the earliest.
